What we collect
When you sign in with your booking reference we link your app session to your reservation. We may store the orders, bookings and requests you submit so staff can fulfil them.
How we use it
Data is used solely to operate the guest services you request during your stay. We do not sell or share it with third parties outside the hotel and its contracted operators.
Retention
Operational data is retained for the duration of your stay plus a short accounting period, then anonymised or deleted in line with local regulations.
Your rights
You may ask reception for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or request its deletion, at any time.
